Sometimes customer service can fix a bad experience, but not always. Each material has advantages and disadvantages depending on season and activity. Nose pads that are too hard leave marks and feel uncomfortable on the skin. A simple pair of glasses or a basic jacket that always works is worth a lot. I think this is one of the few real advantages we have compared to shopping blindly.
If anyone is interested in real user experiences, I sometimes write short notes about the shops I test.

Trendy pieces are fun, but I only buy them when the price is reasonable. If a deal looks too good to be true, it usually has some kind of catch. Of course we all have different taste, but patterns still appear in long discussions. I also pay attention to return policy and customer service response time. At least here we can see more honest opinions and not only polished marketing content. Each material has advantages and disadvantages depending on season and activity.
